Return Process

  Log into your Eroshipa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
